Natalie, BA, RVT
Natalie earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota in 2008. In 2010, she decided to pursue an additional degree, focusing on the healthcare field. She completed her Associate of Applied Science degree in vascular diagnostic medical sonography in early 2013, and shortly thereafter earned her registered vascular technologist credential.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys reading, going to the theater and spending time with her husband, Matt.
Linda, Director of Operations
Linda is the director of operations for Metro Vein and Cosmetic Surgery. She has a wealth of experience in various aspects of management, customer service, business and administrative functions, purchasing and project management. Linda draws her experience primarily from the health care field, where she successfully managed clinic and office functions and handled purchasing for a few different medical groups.
Linda has a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Northwestern College. Her goal is to use her experience and professional skills to build a strong business foundation that promotes future growth and success for Metro Vein and Cosmetic Surgery, while at the same time creating an exceptional patient experience.
In her spare time, Linda enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, decorating and gardening.
Connie, Treatment Coordinator
As treatment coordinator at Metro Vein and Cosmetic Surgery, Connie assists patients with insurance verification, treatment scheduling and financial estimates. She loves being part of the team that works to improve the quality of life for our patients. She has worked in the insurance part of the industry for many years and has spent countless hours working through the maze of insurance benefits and approvals.
Connie has over 26 years of experience working in all aspects of the clinic setting from scheduling and billing to accounting and insurance. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in theology from Atlanta Bible College and serves as part-time associate pastor at her local church, working in the music and worship field.
When Connie is not working, she spends her time with family, music, sewing, arts and crafts, decorating, and reading. She loves working with children and senior citizens.
